Once you have ordered, you will receive an email from puzzle crazy within 2 days asking you to send the pictures over which you would like for your puzzle.- we will then create a design and send you a proof of the final design to conform that you are happy and then we shall print this for you. - estimated delivery in the UK is 12 days.
